Please call to make sure someone is here! *We accept payment by Credit card (MC, Visa, Discover, or American Express accepted,) or PayPal, or by check (after it clears,) in the USA. * We do not ship outside the USA. * We ship using either FedEx Priority Overnight or FedEx 2 day, and USPS Priority 2/3 day. If you use a valid email when ordering, you will receive a tracking number form the respective shippers. If you do not have an email address, then you can call us during business hours to find out the status of your package. * We are not responsible for shipping costs. If an item has to be resent for replacement, then shipping must be covered. If we are going to refund, then we will refund minus shipping and packing costs. If the shipper owes a refund on misdelivered or lost package, then we will file the request. If they do refund, then the customer will receive credit or refund. *All orders are packed in foam packaging. Ice or heat pack will be used if needed, or requested. * All orders are packed with an invoice or packing slip. * Species Identity verification sheet provided by request. * Florida Sales Tax of 6.5% will be charged to all Florida orders. * No minimum order required except where posted. * We are not responsible for the Internet, or lost email. * We will not tolerate bullying or disrespect.
